Welcome to the 80's - My Retro Watch

Recently I showed you ladies about my awesome 80's retro cassette tape iphone case HA! I should have showed you my retro 80's digital watch as well teehee.
My DH absolutely hates this watch, because he remembers it when it was popular in the 80's. Yes people, my DH is so much older than me haha. But I love it. I remember the 80's too when this was popular.  But I was a kid and obviously parents weren't about to buy me a watch. So now at 31, I finally get my watch hahaha. I love it, I am picturing some really neon nails with this! Maybe even my Christian Louboutin neon yellow pumps too :)

Now this isn't everyone's cup of tea, and it's a tad masculine, but there is just something so odd and ugly about it that makes me love it just that much more! And for £5 posted, you can't knock that price.

Purchased from Asos during their final summer sale.  I do love me some Asos, they have such a wide selection of accessories of all styles. You really can't beat that. Although it is quite overwhelming to me, but if you have a couple of hours to kill, Asos is some really awesome online window shopping!

Models Own Haul - Lemon Meringue, Jade Stone, Juicy Jules, Aciid, Utopia

Are you all sick of me talking about Models own yet? I promise I'll talk about something else soon :p xx But first I must show you my goodies.  I did allow myself to break the ban for this sale, since the next sale will be next year probably and I just can't wait that long!

Lemon Meringue
Jade Stone
Juicy Jules
Aciid
Utopia

Utopia, Lemon Meringue, Jade Stone, Aciid, Juicy Jules (on black base)

My favourite is a toss up between Jade Stone and Aciid.
DH hates Aciid, but I responded by telling him "then you don't have to wear it".

Service was fast, especially with the volume of sales they got.
I also want to pre warn everyone that not all bottles come in the plastic wrap. I got some that did not have it, and Models Own reassured me that they were all new.
Just odd to me I suppose, but as long as they are new, that's all that matters.
My nail art pen was missing too, but they will be resending that to me as well :)

Either way, what a sale! My haul is tiny compared to others, but I love each and every one of them.

What did you end up getting from the sale?

Boots Botanics 3 Minute Deep Conditioning Hair Mask

I wanted to finish the entire conditioner prior to doing a review.
If I had done this review a month ago, I would have said this was an amazing product.  I would have gone on and on about how moisturising this was, and how it made my hair feel great.

Well a month later, and my opinion has changed slightly.
With continual use, this stopped working on my hair.  It started to become too heavy for my hair.  It just wasn't as effective whether you kept it in for 3 minutes, 5 minutes or 10 minutes.  I wouldn't recommend using this frequently. Perhaps once every 1.5 weeks or more.
The scent was lovely, and the price is just as good (£5.10).
You can purchase this at Boots, and a lot of times there is a buy 3 for 2 sales.

My September Lemmings

Hello lovelies! It's that time again. Another month gone, and another month of lemming after some really beautiful things.  I don't have that many new lemmings, because I have yet to acquire the items from my previous lemming posts haha.

But I have some beauties for you...

First up!
The Chanel Les Jeans Collection

I love blue.  I mean I really do love blue. I wore blue when it was "odd" to wear blue on your nails.  I must own this! Time to save up my pennies and pray it hits the UK around Christmas time.

Lanvin - Eclat D'arpege

I need to get another bottle of this.  This will be my 3rd bottle that I have owned.  It is a richer (and I mean it last longer) than D&G Light Blue, but has similar notes and is just a wonderful fresh perfume.  Oh I must have you again.

Lyndrella's Connect The Dots
This is a polish that I have slept on.  I don't know why I never noticed this before, despite having friends who have purchased this polish, but it's HOT! It's like the next "crackle" look. I love it, I'm imagining this against hot neon pink or a bright opaque yellow!

Sneaking in a non -beauty items (GASP!)
Topshop's Teardrop Ring

You either love it or hate it, I love it, and need to get this!!!!!

And that's it ladies....
What items are you lemming??

NOTD: No 7 Violetta

I've been eyeing this for quite some time, but have never taken the plunge.  When I saw it in the swap box that Ashley from button boxx gave me, I knew this was going to be my NOTD.  It's a beautiful blue purple.  It took one coat to be completely opaque and drying time wasn't bad at all.  I don't like these No 7 brushes, because they are too long and that makes it more difficult to control, but the colour is worth it.  It is slightly more blue than my favourite "blurple" Chanel's Vendetta, but it is quite edgy on it's own accord.

The stripe in the middle is Orly's Cotton Candy (another polish in my swap box).  It is a sheer baby pink, but when I made the line it really created a beautiful moody lilac.  Fantastic.

Hope you enjoyed this colour.  Remember boots does have a £5 voucher off any No 7 product, so make sure you use your vouchers and save that £5.  I believe these are £7.75 otherwise.

Well I know what I'll be doing tonight! Soaking and fixing my cuticles, damn! hahahaha

And while I do that, I hope you'll pop over to my blog giveaway xx

Until next time, take it ez! :) xx
