Asos Door Knockers

I knew I wasn't the only one who loved who loved door knockers :) Asos sent out an email and these are a few of my favourites.  These are a very a feminine take on the 80-90's door knockers.

You can find all of these on

I'm going to hit the sack now as it's coming onto 2am now.
I'll leave you with this "banger" (yes pun intended :))
The song is nice, but it's their outfits that hooks me xx

ASOS Haul Part 1: Anatomicals - Another Bloody Shower Gel

Haha - love the name of this shower gel!  I don't consider the word bloody a swear word, but I am assuming that some people do, and actually I find swearing/cursing hilarious. I'm just a tad crude like that (lol - sorry I don't swear on the blog however, so if you are offended, don't worry - keep reading :) )

Anatomicals is a new brand for me. I never heard of it until I saw it on asos.  It is british brand and apparently uses the fact that Victoria Beckham uses this shower gel (or have used it at one point) as their huge marketing push.  I don't think they need it.  Honestly, I have no fascination for Posh spice.  I think anyone with all that money can look hot and sexy.  Sorry, I'm not a beckham fan and never will be, not even when she was a spice girl lol.  But I was curious about this brand due to it's biting humour.

the label is sooo funny, it reads:
"Another bloody shower gel before another bloody boring day at work or another bloody pricey night out on the town, use this refreshing gel. lather up and notice your belly button is a bloody odd shape and that o ur gy sessions should be yielding better bloody results. finally, see the time and think you better get bloody moving"
(other than the horrible grammatical mistakes, that is bloody funny)

The back illustration is just as tongue and cheek, and it reads:
"found in homes, hotels and eerily deserted motels, (Mr. Bates, we notice you haven't re-ordered for a while) this gel will have you screaming for a shower, wash your torso, legs, arms, neck, buttocks...but whatever sex you are, never forget your Hitchcock."

Love the humorous labels, that's actually what I liked about Vitamin water when they first came out, prior to being so post and expensive.

This shower gel has a minty berry scent, and has a slight soapy scent like a dish detergent I once used lol.

I got a generous 250ml bottle for only like £1.85 (back up to a cheap £2.05 now on asos) with shipping included and actually it came out cheaper, because my whole asos order was £5 less due to the diet coke voucher. Good Deal!

Monday Blues

Allergies, check!
Camera malfunctioning again, check!
Checked bank account and depressed, check!
Annoyed with friends, check!

Ahhh the Monday blues. Technically I'm not allowed to use this statement since I left my office job so there shouldn't be anymore Monday blues, but it's still is a melancholy Monday for moi.

Project 10 pan is going well, I'm almost done 1 product, had to substitute one of my items, because I gave it away. Overall, I'm really showing some self discipline.

I have no photos due to my sucky camera yet again, so I will just ramble :)

Here are some things that I found that I bookmarked.

SPARITUAL POLISH BARGAIN FIND
Click here for Sparitual polishes for only 2.95 pounds (makes it about $5 for us heads). The colors are limited, but I know it's a hard polish to get at this price range, so grab it if you aren't on a ban.

ASOS
ASOS.com is having their up to 70% sale. So tempted, help!!

ETSY TREASURES
I found this amazing designer, Ella Lai on Etsy I will be sending this designer my measurements to custom make some of her designs.

Here are some of my favorite pieces by her.

Love her minimalist adgy style!

And of course I stare and drool at the Alexander Wang rocco bag everyday, but what else is new.

So that's what I've been looking at online.

Until next time! xx

My first Paul & Joe and Illmasqua Haul

Beautiful day again today. Sure the sun isn't out much, but the air is still, the light drizzle is calming my nerves and I have a reveal for you all today.

When I asked some of my british girlfriends where they shop the most, I was told Asos. Strange name, but I wandered over there. Glad I did. Their sale section was amazing.

This is my group shot..

Paul & Joe gift set on the left and an Illmasqua gift set on the right.

Paul & Joe cost $14 and although I loved their bottles, I was never too keen on their colors. Yes their colors are cute and adorable, but I don't find myself to be a cute & adorable type of gal, so I always passed.

Well this set was chock full of glitters

and it came with a Paul & Joe floral makeup bag, floral nail file, and 2 polishes
(sorry I didn't take a picture of the bag, it's actually going to be part of my giveaway so I wanted to keep this beauty a secret)

I loved the cardboard box that the polishes came in, because it was made of high quality cardboard and frankly I'm a sucker for lil' cute things deep down inside. lol.

So each polish is $14 USD, and here it's probably 14 pounds. I got this set for 9.50 pounds.

Then to further my good deal,
I managed to score an Illmasqua set as well.

Welcome to the family Scarab and Viridian.
At $14 USD, I never plunged into the world of Illmasqua. I always wanted too ever since my online friend bluejinx got a hold of Scarab and raved about it.
Well Asos had these 2 as part of a set and a nice sturdy giftbag on sale for 10.50 pounds. So I added this to my cart with a quickness.

Asos also had a coupon floating around for 5 off 20, so with that coupon and free shipping, I was able to nab both sets for 15 quid! Who said everything in England had to be expensive :)

Oh, and you're probably wondering why there is only a swatch of viridian and not scarab. Well, I'm sorry folks but as I was swatching viridian, a huge dollop of polish landed onto my mother in laws blanket!!! eck!!! so I had to rush to try to get it out with nail polish remover. That did not help very much :( Luckily she's a doll and wouldn't scold me, but I'm sure she won't be happy either that I ruined her bed sheet set that she's currently letting us use. Oopsy, I'm a bit clumsy sometimes. So I will get Scarab swatched when I wear it - for sure!

So for a total of 15 quid, I got 2 Paul & Joe, P&J makeup bag, P&J nail file (which works very well), and 2 Illmasqua polishes all with free shipping included.

Asos dispatched this order very fast to me and I am pleased. I will be shopping on there again.

So 4 more polishes added to my collection and DH is none the happier, but he'll survive :)

Until next time, Take it EZ!!!xx
