Black Friday bargain: Stella McCartney Mesh pumps

The Stella McCartney mesh sandal heels were all the rage and at their retail price of $895 I couldn't afford them, and even when they were on sale at around $485 I still couldn't afford them, but when I found these on gilt.com at midnight on black friday, I ran for my wallet.

My bargain price: $99 minus $10 credit!!!!

I love all things Stella McCartney and i love that they are all vegan and organic. There is just this understated coolness to her items. I just really love these and I found them to be quite comfortable, sturdy (even though they were mesh) and very sexy.

I know a lot of people are thinking that's still a lot for a pair of shoes, but have you guys seen the prices of Steve Madden shoes or Guess shoes lately? Even the run of the mill, mid range shoes are now costing over $100, so that is what I tell myself when I look at my $89 Stella McCartney bargain shoes!

Love these. I will be rocking these for quite some time.

TJ Maxx Haul: Oscar Blandi, Juicy Couture & more

I hoped in TJ maxx today after I got my hair done by my friend. Black hair with purple peek a boos, very offkey and funky. Just the right pick me up that i needed....so I was even more thrilled after I got some really cheap items on sale at TJ maxx.

First item: Juicy couture black socks with cute bow detail for 50 cents from $6.99 on sale (sorry pics aren't that great)



Second Item: Scrapbooking items to put into a scrapbook lot for a friend for 30 cents each (from $2.99 each on sale already)



Last but not least: Oscar Blandi shampoo & condition for $3, marked down from $33


Such a great price for some really good stuff!

ALLURE BEAUTY BOX 2010

I hate spending $10+ for sunscreen so when the Allure beauty box went on sale, I had to get it.

My fav item from this lot is the Stila Illuminating Finishing Powder in Gold!!!! I love it, and it's a beautiful highlighter.

Tokidoki for smashbox - Modella

Here is another e-bay purchase at a bargain price of only $4 with shipping included from Canada! I know I'm a bit late in the game and this has been around for awhile. I like tokidoki (in moderation) and this is my only tokidoki item that I own. I'm not crazy about smashbox makeup, but at the price this cute palette was going for, I couldn't resist myself.

I am not a light blue eyeshadow girl at all, so I'm curious about how I'm going to wear this palette. After swatching it, I really believe that the quality is lacking in the pigmentation of the eyeshadows, but the packaging is so adorable that I will probably end up regifting it to one of my friends.

Dior Diva VIP 1000 point gift

So, I finally did it ladies! Here for your viewing pleasures are the gifts that are included in the 1000 point redemption program by Christian Dior Beaute. WHAT A REDEMPTION PROGRAM. I just got all this stuff just for shopping with them. In my opinnion, it's the best rewards program out there. Each $1 equals to 1 point and there are different levels of rewards. I saved all my points for the highest reward. I'm very glad I did.

My first Phyto product & other beauty.com goodies

I needed a major pick me up last week, so when I saw Beauty.com having their gwp with purchase, I jumped on it.
I picked up my first Phyto product. I guess I always stayed away because it was so expensive, so I picked a product that I could use for a while. This pre wash treatment oil was perfect. I tried it last night and it just felt like I was putting olive oil on my hair. After 20 minutes of leaving it on, i washed it out. You shampoo and condition like you always would and I didn't blow dry my hair which I always do for volume. Well, I didn't need to because my hair felt very thick and super soft. I am very very happy about this product. At $30, I think it was worth it because I can see myself using this product for the next 6 months.

The next item i got was an empty lipstick palette from Japonesque. It has 36 slots and comes in his black plastic case. It cost $24, it was very flimpsy. I'm going to keep it however because I got so many MAC lipsticks that are down to the end. The case comes with a scooper, so I scooped out the remainder of 4 of my lispticks. Melted it for 10 seconds in the microwave and poured it into my lipstick palette. So the case did it's job. I just wish for $24 it was sturdier.























Now onto more sample goodies. I am in the middle of fighting with beauty.com because the samples they advertised online did not come with the gwp. I wouldn't mind if the substitutes were of equal value, but I didn't think they were.

With any purchase of a Phyto product, I got this trio set. Very cute!
